I am originally from Jamaica. I have two adorable children and I am a mental health nurse, I live in London and my name is Vicktesha Cunningham.
Three months after the birth of my daughter in 2019 I started noticing that my hair was falling out in excess. I had no hair at all at my temples and my hair became extremely thin. This really affected my confidence and what made it worse was that I couldn't find a natural solution. So out of frustration, I started to formulate my own infusions, until I found a natural solution that worked really well. I have learnt a lot of lessons, but the two biggest lessons I have learned are: 1) Always have a contingency plan, because the forecast can always change 2) Utilise the benefits of outsourcing to reduce burn out and increase impact/profit. As they say, two heads are always better than one.
Omg! It is really difficult! But I would say; know when to pause, celebrate every win and most importantly, turn up the volume on your self care, because attending to self care and taking time for you is a must.

Yes several, but I am not a quitter! So I keep knocking on those doors, and improving to ensure that I hit the jackpot.
I've never been asked this question before, but I would tell myself: never procrastinate, pursue my dreams and don't underestimate the power of a solid network.
I cannot do without exercising and meditating on the things I want the universe to bring my way - I'm a real believer in manifesting and being grateful.
